Urban Health Plan is currently recruiting for a regular Part Time Registered Nurse to work within our Center for Healthy Agining department based out of EL Nuevo San Juan for primary care and specialty services. This is not a per diem position, and we are seeking nurses who have availability to work a regular 2 recurring shifts every week between Mondays and Saturdays 8:00am-5:00pm/9:00am-6:00pm. 

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Compensation: Min/Max: $54.25/hour, 16 hours per week.  

Requirements: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Licensed NYS Registered Professional Nurse and a minimum of 1 year of post-graduate nursing experience.

Ideal schedule compositions may include:

• Mondays and Wednesday
• Monday and Tuesday

Duties:

• Triage patients and assists patients with their needs.
• Provides quality nursing care and medication administration. 
• Assists with prepping patients and providing patient education. 
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
• Ensures proper sterilization procedures.
• Administers immunization to age-specific patients. 
• Maintains health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile.
