Job Title: Accounts Payable- Part Time Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to support our finance team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for limited working hours. Responsibilities + Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system. + Collaborate with existing AP staff to ensure timely and accurate processing. + Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation. + Assist with other clerical tasks as needed within the AP department. Essential Skills + 1+ year of accounts payable experience. + Experience in manufacturing or healthcare sectors. + Proficiency in invoice entry, data entry, and invoice reconciliation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience in accounts payable or data entry preferred. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. Work Environment This position requires working onsite with a part-time schedule. The normal hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate a schedule of 16 hours a week, potentially increasing. The project has the potential to last 12+ months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
