Rooted in the heritage of the historic town of Saverne in the Bas-Rhin region of Alsace, the restaurant brings to life a world where tradition, craftsmanship, and the poetry of live-fire cooking meet. Guests will experience the theater of open grills, the warmth of an exposed kitchen, and refined Alsatian-inspired cuisine presented in a modern, inviting, full-service setting.We are seeking passionate, polished, and deeply hospitality-driven Pastry Professionals and BOH Team members to help bring this vision to life.
