Theracare has streamlined all business processes to decrease the amount of paperwork that burdens many therapy providers. All bonuses are paid out contingent on a minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments (IN PERSON) per week during the initial sign-on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary, and at least 1 year following the Bonus payout date.
