Now Hiring: RN/LPN-Compliance Specialist / Clinical Manager Assistant (Remote Position)

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist/Manager Assistant to support our Home Health Clinical Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This position is fully remote for the right RN/LPN, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to oversee daily home health operations.

• Monitor documentation, clinical productivity, and quality metrics.

• Track and review compliance reports, including visit exceptions, schedule deviations, and infection control reports.

• Support QA and coding teams in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

• Ensure protocols are followed, outcomes are documented, and standards of care are consistently met.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records in compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of hospice or home health experience is required.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, providers, and internal teams.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.
