Robert Half is partnering with a busy and reputable medical office that is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet patients, answer phones, and manage high-volume front desk operations
+ Schedule and confirm patient appointments
+ Check patients in and out and verify insurance information
+ Maintain accurate patient records and update EMR systems
+ Assist patients with questions, forms, and follow-up requests
+ Communicate with clinicians, medical assistants, and office management
+ Provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish

+ Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment
+ Knowledge of EMR systems preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to handle high call volume and multitask effectively
