Summary: Machine Learning Engineers develop predictive models and AI solutions to support business objectives. They implement algorithms and optimize machine learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement machine learning models.
2. Train and evaluate models with large datasets.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
4. Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
5. Deploy models into production environments.
6. Monitor and maintain model accuracy and performance.
7. Document models, assumptions, and methodologies.
8. Research and apply emerging ML techniques.
9. Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices.
10. Provide guidance on integrating ML solutions with applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in machine learning or AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions.
