Licensed Barber for Upscale Men's Grooming Shop
Part-Time and Full-Time Positions are Available Hiring qualified licensed providers $18-$40/hr. range

We are an upscale men's grooming barber-salon-spa located in Naples, Florida that is looking for quality candidates with shop experience, exceptional people skills, professionality and the ability to listen to others and execute a fantastic cut, all in a beautiful shop catering to upscale clientele. Compensation ranges from $18-40 per hour.

We are MORE than a Barber Shop. We are a Luxury Grooming Shop providing full-service grooming, designed for men in a state-of-the-art facility, located in a prime area of Naples.

Our Providers:

• Have excellent customer service skills and listen to the customer.
• Are creative and have awesome cutting skills.
• Work a flexible schedule so customers don't have to wait for a haircut.
• Can solve problems and make professional recommendations.
• Licensed to cut hair and give a straight razor shave.
• Can work with an array of different hair types and lengths.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficiency in performing grooming services for the members/guests.
• The provider must demonstrate excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
• The candidate also requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must also hold and maintain a current state license as required.
• The candidate should be sales-driven while providing a consistent "white glove experience” to all clients.
• Be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, imaginative, and goal-oriented, and believe in promoting the established culture and mission.
• Actively Licensed in the state of Florida as a Barber.
• Ability to perform straight razor shaving.

Specifically:

• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show the ability to coach and mentor team members in your workgroup.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fun shop environment.
• Maintain professional tools in excellent working order.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, guests, supervisors, and staff.

Job Duties:

• Reporting to General Manager.
• Perform grooming services for each member/guest.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the shop’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure a "white glove" standard of service is maintained during service and throughout the shop.
• Recommend upgraded/premium services and future visits as well as promote retail grooming products.
• Assist, when needed, with washing and folding all linens used in the shop.
• Assist management and staff as needed.
• Provide the Exceptional Customer Experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
