Job Description A leading estate planning firm based in Norwalk, CT, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Estate Planning Administrator to join our team. This role is customer forward, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing the complex needs of our estate planning clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in Estate and Finance, with a keen ability to guide clients through our consultative planning process supported by a knowledge base in the financial aspects of Estates. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting consultations to assess their estate planning needs and providing expert advice. - Help Draft estate plan documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and deeds using our proprietary software. - Review and amend existing estate planning documents and assist in the funding of trusts. - Coordinate and manage the preparation and administration of estate planning documents and trust processes. - Collect and analyze data regarding clients' assets, including savings accounts, investments, and real estate holdings. - Work closely with the Senior Paralegal to manage files, workflow, and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case statuses. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
