Lean Management Engineer
Location: North America (regional travel required)

Company Overview:
Sicame Industries delivers high-quality products and services with a focus on operational excellence. We are seeking a Lean Management Engineer to drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across our North American assembly operations.

Role Overview:
As a Lean Management Engineer, you will lead multi-site lean transformation projects, standardize processes, and improve operational performance. You will coach teams, optimize workflows, and ensure sustainable results across assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM, SMED) across all sites.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Align sites to a common lean strategy and integrate business units smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, visual management, and 5S practices.
  • Facilitate problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Optimize production workflows, assembly layouts, and processes.
  • Support cost reduction by improving yield, reducing cycle time, and eliminating waste.
  • Provide lean training, mentoring, and resources for site leadership and staff.
  • Conduct audits, share best practices, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience leading multi-site lean projects in assembly or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, standard work, and production efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

  • Expertise in assembly line workflow, takt time, and line balancing.
  • Skilled in eliminating non-value-added activities and fostering employee engagement.

Pay: $76,171.25 - $91,733.12 per year
