Job Description

The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next Lead Massage Therapist. 

Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.

***The ideal candidate is a licensed massage therapist with at least 5 years of experience and a background in managing or supervising a team. 

Shift Pattern : Flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts within the hours of operations of the Loma de Vida Spa; 9PM - 8PM. Holidays and at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) are required. 

What will I be doing?

As a Lead Massage Therapist, you would be responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability as well as assisting in the development, training, and the maintaining of standards for the Massage Therapist team. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform massage and/or body treatments

• Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products

• Train, develop, and maintain consistent standard for Massage Therapist team

• Writing and updating protocols when needed

• Meeting retail goals

• Maintain cleanliness of work area

• Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

• Perform general Spa duties, as needed
