Job Summary:

As the IT Analyst II, you are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of your assigned non-clinical software applications. You will work with operational teams across ProMedica and serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff.

You will plan implementation and upgrade clinical systems ensuring adequate testing, quality assurance and documentation of changes.

You will train IT employees and advise end-users in the operation of their information system and support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Progressive knowledge of assigned software applications and healthcare operations.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience in Information Technology

• IT background

• 1 year of relevant experience

• Healthcare experience

Salary Range: $37,440 - $112,632
