Job Description

MAU is hiring an Interviewer in Anderson, SC. As an Interviewer, you will conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, verify backgrounds, and ensure alignment with client job requirements.

Shift Information
  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility may be required)
Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in interviewing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Essential Functions
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with candidates (in-person, phone, virtual)
  • Review and evaluate resumes, applications, and assessments
  • Verify work history, education, and certifications
  • Clearly communicate job roles and requirements to candidates
  • Maintain accurate records and interview notes in ATS
  • Coordinate with recruiters and staffing specialists
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all applicant interactions
  • Support onboarding processes (e.g., drug tests, background checks)
  • Assist with job fairs and recruitment events
  • Provide feedback and follow-up to candidates

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Someone in this position should be comfortable and confident working with challenging applicants.
