Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Designing and Developing: maintaining web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end), under the guidance of senior developers
- Collaborate: with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver features that support business and user needs.
- Participate: in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, to learn about team workflows.
- Write Code: maintainable code with support from mentors and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot : and help resolve technical issues, escalating complex challenges to senior team members or “Chapters.”
- Document: user stories, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Support migration: and integration of applications across data centers and cloud environments as part of ongoing IT RDI initiatives.
Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Front-end technologies : Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Coding Languages: Familiarity with at least one back-end language or framework(Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
- Nice to Have: Exposure to relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $20.00 per hour
Maximum of $39.50 per hour
Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
