Job Title: Window Installer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and replacing windows in residential and commercial buildings. The Window Installer must be proficient in measuring, cutting, and fitting windows to ensure proper alignment and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and repair windows in residential and commercial properties.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations.
• Secure windows using appropriate tools and materials.
• Apply caulking, weatherproofing, and sealing materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Window Installer or similar role.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in window installation.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and blueprints.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in window installation or related field.
• Experience with different types of windows, including vinyl, aluminum, and wood.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient window solutions.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work at heights and on ladders.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Full-time position with potential overtime hours.
