Opening: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $30 - $35

COMPANY INFO:

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to support and strengthen daily sales operations. This role is critical to improving response times, maintaining customer satisfaction, and enabling the outside sales team to scale effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for products and services
• Enter and manage sales orders and purchase orders
• Track order status and proactively follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM
• Coordinate with technicians, service teams, and outside sales to meet customer needs
• Assist with returns, credits, and service requests as needed
• Support overall sales operations to improve efficiency and responsiveness

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 plus year of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
• Experience supporting industrial or technical products preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills
• Comfortable working in CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
