Industrial Spray Painter
Our expanding Outagamie County company is looking to add an experienced industrial spray painter to their 2nd shift team. This temp to hire position will offer you a competitive starting wage with ample room for growth.

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift
Starting Pay – $22+
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to perform spray painting of industrial equipment, machinery, and large-scale components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
· Apply coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment according to specifications.
· Ensure even coverage, proper thickness, and high-quality finishes.
· Mix paints and coatings to the required consistency and color.
· Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
· Maintain and clean spray equipment and painting booths.
· Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times.
· Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as an industrial spray painter or in a similar role.
· Knowledge of various painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Strong attention to detail and quality control.
· Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to painting.
· Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions for extended periods.
· Certification in spray painting or coatings (preferred but not required).
