Job Description

As an In-Room Dining Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to guests within the hotel. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!

 

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery with the preparation of dishes
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests, creating a positive dining experience
• Effectively communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with servers to ensure table maintenance is an ongoing team effort

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
