🔨 Key Responsibilities - Install residential and commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Ensure all systems are properly connected, calibrated, and operating efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Adhere to all safety policies and local HVAC codes
- Document installations and complete all necessary paperwork
- Occasionally work extended hours or weekends for urgent projects
Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential/commercial)
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new techniques
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
