Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on industrial and manufacturing roles Payroll processing and administration Employee relations and conflict resolution Benefits coordination and support General HR administrative support Assisting with company events and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications: ~2- years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role ~ Hands-on experience in recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations ~ Background in industrial or manufacturing recruiting is a plus ~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ~ Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively ~ Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude ~ Ability to represent and uphold company values in all interactions Additional Information: Location: Candidates must be based in or near Tallahassee, FL or South Georgia (Thomas or Grady Counties) Relocation: Not offered for this position Employment Type: Full-time
