Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join a collaborative and highly respected hospitalist team in Great Falls, Montana. This position is housed within a modern 46-bed acute care hospital, supported by a full complement of medical and surgical specialists, and enhanced by cutting-edge diagnostic and procedural capabilities.

Practice Highlights:

Full-time, hospital-employed position

7-on / 7-off block schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Dedicated nocturnists and in-house Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians

Daily census averages 15 patients per hospitalist

Supported by Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology services and a wide range of on-call specialties

1:5 nursing patient ratio, adjusted for acuity

Modern facility with 36 inpatient beds, 10-bed open ICU, and advanced cath labs

In-house 5-OR hospital surgical suite and adjacent 4-OR Surgery Center

8-bed Emergency Department staffed with experienced clinical personnel

Preferred Procedural Experience: Candidates with experience or comfort in the following procedures are highly encouraged to apply:Central line placement, Intubation and Arterial line insertion

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Montana

Strong clinical acumen and a commitment to patient-centered care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
