As a Holiday Travel Agent, you'll help clients plan, book, and enjoy their dream trips while providing exceptional service every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals and preferences.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and holiday packages.
Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and activities.
Ensure all bookings and client details are accurate and organized.
Stay current on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using online tools and travel platforms (training provided).
