As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and presenting business data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Must partner with business teams to capture the current state, business needs, and design solutions with the end in mind.Responsibilities:Understanding the current business processTurning business process opportunities into functional requirements that technology teams can understand and build.Take the lead in understanding and documenting the business processes.Create functional requirements for technology teams.Solutions need to be scalable to multiple countries and regions.Define requirements and obtain business approvals in a timely mannerEnsure data systems and platforms are designed and implemented to support next-generation data and analytics capabilities.Act as a critical liaison between technical and business teams, simplifying complex concepts and fostering data-driven decision-making.Lead the discussions with business teams, identify key opportunities, assess current KPI's and measure business value from new capabilities.Utilize SQL to query and extract data from a variety of sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Conduct in-depth data analysis and create reports that identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for Brink's customers.Create and present impactful data visualizations using tools like PowerBIDevelop project documentation and user training materials.Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence framework based on requirements including recommending appropriate user experience for business analytics and reportingWork closely with the D&A Business and Technology teams to guide in-solution development and implementationQualifications:10 years of experience in business analytics10 years of experience in using SQL and able to write queries5 years of experience in Logistics and Data Analysis2 years of experience in Software TestingExperience building complex dashboards using PowerBiIdeally, You Are:A self-starter with a strong work ethicA strong team player, able to work with team members across all levelsAble to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessaryComfortable participating in multiple projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing).Excited to be part of a growing team, with a focus on driving future growthPassionate about delivering exceptional client serviceWilling to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole pictureWilling to travel according to client needs What's Next?
