Fullstack Software Engineer (Node.js / React / TypeScript)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $170,000–$220,000
We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team and help build tools that improve safety and productivity in the construction and insurance industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop fullstack features using Node.js , Postgres , Redis , TypeScript , GraphQL , React , and Next.js .
- Ship high-quality code quickly and work closely with cross-functional teams including product and design.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our engineering culture.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience as a fullstack engineer at fast-paced startups or growth-stage companies.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js , Postgres , and GraphQL APIs .
- Proficiency in frontend development with React , Next.js , and TypeScript .
- A track record of shipping products in early-stage environments.
- Product-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Bonus if you have experience in InsurTech , construction, or actuarial work.
- Degree from a top Computer Science program preferred (e.g., Stanford, UC Berkeley, Georgia Tech, Michigan, CMU, etc.).
