Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls during studio opening hours (8 am - 10 pm)
- Manage the company's main email inbox
- Schedule clients for appointments
- Process orders and handle customer inquiries
- Organize supplies and place orders when necessary
- Clean the studio at the end of the day
Qualifications
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferable, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
Languages:
-English and Russian are preferred

Work Schedule starting in December:
-Monday: 3:30pm - 9:30pm
-Tuesday: 9am - 1pm
-Wednesday: 3:30pm - 9:30pm
-Thursday: 3:30pm - 9:30pm
-Sunday: 9am - 4pm
If we decide to move forward, you can begin training with a lighter schedule; Wednesday 3:30pm - 9:30pm and Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm ; leading up to December.
