Job Summary:
Ted’s Pro Solutions is looking for experienced and detail-oriented Flooring Installers to join our team in Hiram, Georgia. We specialize in providing high-quality flooring solutions for builders, property managers, and commercial spaces. Responsibilities:

• Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and carpet, for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare installation sites, including surface cleaning, leveling, and removal of old flooring materials.
• Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision, ensuring a seamless finish.
• Use tools, adhesives, and equipment safely and effectively to complete installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure job specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to company and safety standards.
• Address any on-site issues professionally and provide solutions to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flooring Installer, particularly in residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift, move, and handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications are a plus.
