FAE Engineer (Japan) job at Nextas China, US

Job Description

Responsible for after-sales technical support, consultation and answers, remote issue resolution, product training, equipment installation, on-site technical guidance, and fault repair.
Assist the company in equipment acceptance;
Timely communicate and resolve technical issues or requirements raised by clients with the company;
Collect and document device issues reported by clients, and assist the R&D team in making improvements;
Capable of independently handling client-side equipment malfunctions, machine debugging, and product switching;
Verify relevant processes and assist R&D in refining work instructions;
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
