Job Description

Overview:

Prime Response Inc (PRI) is seeking a qualified Facility Manager for a potential upcoming contract to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility operations for assigned buildings This role coordinates with alternate facility managers and supports multiple functions within secure areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor facility maintenance and repair work performed by engineering and contractor teams.
  
• Coordinate work requests and track status using facility management software.
  
• Maintain a work order tracking database and contribute to monthly status reports.
  
• Escort tradesmen and contractors to work sites as needed.
  
• Serve as the emergency contact for assigned buildings during and after duty hours.
  
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure fire safety equipment is operational.
  
• Oversee custodial services and address performance issues.
  
• Prepare and process purchase requests for building services not covered by standard maintenance.
  
• Act as essential personnel for facility checks during severe weather or emergencies.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or related field.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage work orders.
  
• Familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
  
• Ability to respond to emergencies and perform inspections as needed.
