As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and objectives, ensuring that each event reflects their unique style and goals. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and preferences for events.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for events effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
• Create event schedules and timelines for all stakeholders involved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
