Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing successful events that align with our clients’ branding goals and our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and branded experiences

  • Manage event logistics, timelines, and vendor communications

  • Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and post-event reports

  • Ensure all events are executed to meet brand standards and client expectations

  • Conduct site visits and supervise on-site setup and breakdown

  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution

  • Monitor event progress and make real-time decisions to resolve issues promptly

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
