Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a diverse range of events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets the needs of our clients. From corporate meetings to large-scale conferences, our Event Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution process, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including managing logistics, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, themes, and objectives to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to secure services and facilities as needed.
• Manage on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown, to ensure smooth transitions throughout the event.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and checklists for all event activities.
• Evaluate event success by gathering feedback from participants and clients, and report on key performance metrics.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
