Identify and resolve data quality and performance issues through efficient SQL querying and troubleshooting. Recommend, implement, and manage data quality checks within Redshift to maintain data integrity. Implement permanent solutions to recurring data issues using scalable and optimized SQL. Provide accurate effort estimates and deliver high-quality ETL solutions on time. Take ownership of key data integration tasks, working independently with minimal supervision. Partner with Business Intelligence teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate closely with data source owners, architects, analysts, and report developers to align on data objectives. Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language. Design, build, and maintain robust data workflows leveraging Redshift SQL. Adhere to and promote SQL development best practices. Produce ad hoc reports and proof-of-concept analyses as requested using Redshift SQL. Develop and maintain clear documentation to support production deployment and ongoing maintenance of data and reporting solutions. Proven experience working with Amazon Redshift and writing advanced SQL. Strong background in data engineering, ETL development, and data integration. Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues quickly and efficiently. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Comfortable explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
