Job Description

The ODA Group is a direct-hire staffing firm based in Dallas. One of our clients, a rapidly growing manufacturer based in Carrollton, is seeking an Estimator. This individual will work directly with the VP of Sales as well as other executives of the company and interact with large accounts of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Calculate accurate quotes for potential projects and opportunities using company pricing methodologies, formulas and guidelines.
• Manage and support new and existing customers throughout all project phases, from finish selection to meeting lead time objectives as you grow in the position.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an estimator or similar role.
• Ability to develop and update project budgets effectively.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce or other CRM.
• Knowledge of the finishing or architectural building industry is a plus but not required.
• Associates Degree or higher required.
