As an Entry-Level Chat Agent, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice behind our online customer support. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Uphold EcoLink Energy’s commitment to excellent service and energy solutions.
