We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth . Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

Permanent role - full time - Based in NYC or Boston

Responsabilities :

  • Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic business development initiatives with the help of a business development team. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the North American market to expand the company's presence and revenue streams in various verticals
  • Competitive Intelligence : Stay ahead of the competition by continuously monitoring and analyzing the market and competitive landscape within North America. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and leverage this intelligence to recommend strategic and tactical adjustments that will give our company a competitive edge
  • Revenue Maximization : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the market. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's overall financial success
  • Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular and detailed reports on performance and results. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to Senior Management, helping to shape the direction of our operations.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales development (hunting & closing) preferably in Lead Generation or Digital Marketing - Industry knowledge, specific to a digital marketing/advertising setting is highly appreciated
  • Successful track record in closing deals - good communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with the ability to build and manage strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
  • Performance oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and open to feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a +)
  • Prociciency with CRM sytems (Hubspot) and data analysis tools (Looker, ..)
  • University degree in relevant field such as Business, Management or Marketing
