Job Description

Are you a highly organized, solutions-driven leader with a passion for electrical and lighting systems? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee national-scale projects from concept through completion. If you're a pro at juggling logistics, leading teams, and building client and vendor relationships, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage electrical and lighting projects across the U.S.
  • Define project scope, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage budgets, cost estimates, and resource planning.
  • Negotiate vendor and material costs to keep projects efficient and profitable.
  • Track progress through regular reporting and documentation.
  • Oversee site testing, change orders, and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Handle multiple service calls/work orders simultaneously on a national scale.
  • Support billing accuracy and job cost audits daily.

You'll Also:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Resolve challenges proactively and develop contingency plans.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to internal teams and vendors.
  • Build and nurture relationships to support ongoing project success.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical and/or lighting industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn proprietary software and adapt to our project systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must report to the office daily.
