What You'll Do as a Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Create & schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Develop & pitch creative concepts that align with brand goals and visual identity.
• Manage the content calendar and engage with followers through comments and messages.
• Support & capture photo and video shoots, occasionally traveling to local sites for behind-the-scenes or live content.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and day-to-day creative content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
• Collaborate with influencers and creative partners to produce authentic, on-brand content.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative Director to execute campaigns and maintain creative workflows.

Our Ideal Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation—agency or in-house—with previous experience supporting photo and video shoots.
• Creative & Visual: Has a strong eye for design, storytelling, and current social media trends that keep content fresh and engaging.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express for photo and video editing, and comfortable using AI tools to enhance digital marketing content and workflows.
• Organized & Proactive: Balances multiple creative projects and deadlines with focus and efficiency.
• Collaborative Communicator: Works closely with the marketing and creative team to share ideas and execute campaigns.
• Integrity-Driven: Brings reliability, respect, and professionalism to a company culture built on trust and craftsmanship.

• $24–$26/hour, DOE
