Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both the execution of development projects and leadership of project teams
• Coordinate and oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the development process.
• Review the overall project budget and provide guidance on cost and schedule assumptions for accurate underwriting
• Provide oversight for the completion of site acquisition checklists, risk assessments, etc and report to Company executive team in support of acquisition efforts
• Review project close-out and turnover documentation generation and ensure compliance with lender, tenant, and prospective purchaser requirements
• Provide oversight for permits and close-out documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
• Architectural background highly desirable
• 7 years+ of development real estate construction experience
