J Street Dental Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people and want to be part of a supportive dental environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Complete patient confirmation calls.
Take photos of patients as needed.
Manage emails and text communications.
Collect payments from patients.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Ensure restrooms are stocked and tidy.
Assist with scheduling hygiene appointments as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
Qualifications:
Previous dental experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
