Are you a positive, patient-focused professional with experience in dental front office administration? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator with 5-7 years of dental experience to join our team!
What You’ll Do
• Welcome patients and provide a 5-star experience from check-in to check-out
• Present treatment plans and collect patient co-pays
• Schedule
• Maintain smooth communication between clinical and administrative teams
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5-7 years dental front office experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of terminology
• Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic practice.
