Job Description
Title: Principal Analytics Data Engineer
Location: Miami, Florida OR Chicago, Illinois
Environment: Hybrid, 3x/week onsite
Duration: FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE
Pay: $140k-$165k salary + 14% Bonus!
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer
- 3+ years of experience as a lead and mentoring others as a Senior Lead Data Engineer with a focus in Analytics
- MUST HAVE proficient skills and experience with Databricks, AWS, Python, PySpark, AND SQL
- Proven experience with pricing, churn, client retention, optimization models
- master's or bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance. or electrical engineering
- Matrix Organization Experience: 3+ years of experience working in a matrix organization, where you have a product/pod leadership directing the team to achieve use case goals.
- AWS Certification: AWS certification is highly desirable, reflecting your expertise in cloud technologies and services.
- Deep experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Data Modeling, and Data Architecture, highlighting your ability to design and maintain data solutions.
