We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our purpose-driven outreach and marketing team . Help bring nonprofit missions to life through face-to-face engagement , community events , and grassroots outreach —no cold calls, no scripts, just real conversations that make a difference.

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll act as the public face of the nonprofit campaigns we represent. Your role is to engage directly with community members, spark meaningful conversations, and build lasting donor relationships.
Represent nonprofits at community events , fundraisers , and outreach programs
Initiate friendly, authentic conversations with the public
Share compelling stories and messages about each nonprofit’s mission
Educate people on ways to support and get involved
Build long-term donor relationships that support sustained impact
Collaborate with your team to execute outreach campaigns effectively
