These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity As part of the Corporate Tax Generalist team you are expected to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop quality deliverables. You are expected to leverage PwC's exceptional technical knowledge and specialization, coupled with industry insights, to solve clients' needs. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
