Job Description

Legacy Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our skilled nursing communities across Iowa. What You’ll Do

As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting core compliance functions and promoting regulatory excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage key compliance processes, including licensure tracking, exclusion list checks, policy documentation, and reporting.
  • Own the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training assignments, tracking, and follow-up are completed on time.
  • Support incident tracking, insurance documentation, and subpoena management in coordination with Legal.
  • Oversee company fleet management, including vehicle tracking, insurance, training compliance, and accident reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure timely completion of compliance activities and regulatory deadlines.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, legal studies, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or administrative support (preferred)
  • Familiarity with long-term care regulations, healthcare contract management, or OIG exclusion processes is a plus
