As Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Pacman you will play a critical role in supporting operational, strategic and business development functions as well as leading and managing special projects.
Responsibilities
Support with business development efforts with dApp and infrastructure teams building on Blast
Lead and manage our community team and triage user reports to engineering and product
Coordinate and manage internal operational projects and functions
Lead and manage special projects such as the organization of dApp competitions and events like the Big Bang competition
Travel as needed to SF, NYC, worldwide

Prior experience in tech, start-ups, consulting, or investment banking
Deep familiarity with the blockchain industry and the EVM landscape in particular

Strong process and project management skills with high attention to detail, proactive and well organized
Nice to have: fluent in Mandarin (both verbal and written), proficient in SQL, Excel, and web3 data tools like Flipside/Dune
