Who We Are Looking For
We're searching for a seasoned operator with a background in commercial services and a proven ability to lead and grow a business. This individual will possess the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and a clear vision for winning new commercial contracts to expand market share. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning and operational oversight.
Essential Qualifications - Executive Leadership: Direct experience leading a commercial services business, with proven P&L ownership of a company with $10M-$20M in EBITDA.
- Commercial Contracts Expertise: A clear track record of successfully securing and managing commercial services and contracts, with a strong understanding of the sales and negotiation process.
- Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of commercial plumbing and HVAC operations, including project management, bidding, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Strategic Growth: A demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand a business's market share and service offerings.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of skilled trades professionals and managers, fostering a productive work environment.
- Financial Acumen: Significant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a commercial services context.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating systems, materials, and industry best practices.
