Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL Driver to operate a 6-compartment fuel trailer and support our plot development projects for residential homebuilders. The ideal candidate will have experience hauling fuel, operating heavy equipment, and performing basic mechanical repairs. This is a hands-on role that combines transportation, equipment operation, and maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-required 6-compartment fuel trailer for delivery and transport purposes.
• Assist with plot development projects, including site preparation and support for residential construction.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed (e.g., excavators, skid steers, bulldozers).
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports for fuel transport and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on trailer requirements).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fuel hauling, heavy equipment operation, or mechanical work.
• Ability to perform routine mechanical repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
