About Us:
Booker Vineyard & Winery, founded in 2001 by Eric Jensen, is renowned for its premium estate wines from an 85-acre organic and regenerative vineyard in westside Paso Robles. Our wines are celebrated among California's finest. In 2021, we unveiled a state-of-the-art visitor center featuring underground wine caves and a tasting lounge integrated with the vineyard environment. Our operations are solar-powered, and the vineyard is CCOF and Regenerative Organic Certified®.

Internship Opportunities:

Winemaking Internship (August - November):
Join our winemaking team to assist with all cellar activities surrounding crush. Responsibilities include but are not limited to grape-to-wine processes, barrel work, wine monitoring, additions etc. You'll contribute to quality targets, learn winemaking skills, and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team.

Vineyard Internship (June - October):
Assist our vineyard team with harvest-related tasks, focusing on crop estimations and sampling across our estate and contracted vineyards. Gain hands-on experience in vineyard operations and contribute to our regenerative practices. Personal vehicle required.

Qualifications:
•  High School Diploma; College Degree preferred.
•  Passion for wine and the industry.
•  Basic understanding of winemaking and vineyard operations.
•  Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:
•  Must be at least 21 years of age (winery).
•  Ability to work in various climates and environments.
•  Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.

Compensation:
Salary range: 18.00-22.00/hr
