Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Blue Prism Architect with proven experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Blue Prism robotic process automation (RPA) solutions tailored to complex banking operations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Blue Prism RPA solutions to automate business processes within banking domains such as retail banking, payments, loans, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Lead the technical evaluation, design, and implementation of scalable automation solutions.
• Oversee and review the development, deployment, and support of Blue Prism processes.
• Ensure RPA solutions adhere to industry security standards, data privacy regulations, and bank-specific controls.
• Guide and mentor RPA developers, providing architectural direction and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues and system integrations.
• Produce and maintain detailed design documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and operational support materials.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the RPA and banking technology landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in RPA with deep expertise in Blue Prism architecture and solution design.
• Strong track record implementing automation in the banking/financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance, security, and risk management.
• Ability to integrate Blue Prism with banking core systems and third-party platforms using APIs, MQ, and web services.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and scripting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Desired Skills:

• Blue Prism Professional Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience with other RPA and intelligent automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud-based RPA solutions and digital transformation initiatives in banking.
