Building on his celebrated work at Lupa and Del Posto — where he earned two Michelin stars and a four-star   New York Times   review — his reimagined menu will honor Italy’s rich regional traditions through his unique and visionary lens. This is paired with a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems.

We are seeking an attentive, service-driven Backwaiter to join our team at Babbo. In this role, you will play an essential part in the rhythm and precision of the dining room

Desired qualifications :  

• 2+ years of busser, backwaiter, or runner experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant 
• Polished and professional demeanor, with a warm and hospitable attitude
• Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
